Legacy endpoints

GET /uploadAndCaption, GET /uploadAndDub, and GET /downloadSubtitles on the old api function return 410 GONE with Link: </v1/videos>; rel="successor-version". There is no compatibility shim. Capture createResumableUploadUrl and tts-api are unchanged and are not part of this nav.
