Dub products

When you create a dub, set product to one of:

Product	Best for
plus	High-quality dubbed speech (default if you omit product)
premium	Dubbed speech from a voice clone

You send these slugs on create, list, and get. Credit quotes also show an internal billing id on each line item (braiv-dubbing-plus or cloning-dubbing) so you can match the hold to the product.
